Adrienne Rubin joined the MacLean Agency in 2016. She focuses on marketing and business development, connecting local businesses and nonprofits with MacLean’s insurance professionals to review their coverage and ensure their commercial and group benefit needs are met.

Adrienne has over 25 years of experience in leadership development, strategic planning, management, marketing and analytics. Adrienne's special interest is in serving nonprofits. Her background in nonprofit management and on volunteer boards gives her unique insight into the needs of nonprofits: As a past Executive Director of two local nonprofits and a past Treasurer and Director of Finance of a national nonprofit, she is experienced with both large and small organizations. She understands the personnel, technical and financial challenges of managing program and fundraising activities. Adrienne is a well-regarded speaker on nonprofit management and has presented locally and nationally, most recently with 4Good.org and Progressive Business Executive Education.

Adrienne lives in Princeton with her husband and son. She holds a B.A. from Princeton University and is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries. Adrienne is also licensed to sell life, health, disability, and property and casualty insurance. She is the current Chair of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Central New Jersey Nonprofit Council and Nonprofit Business Partnership. In addition, Adrienne is a member of the Board of Trustees of Send Hunger Packing Princeton and the Secretary of her Princeton alumni class. She volunteers with the Washington Crossing Council of the Boy Scouts of America, as well as Pack 43 in Princeton and Troop 40 in West Windsor. Adrienne is the Cantorial Soloist at Temple Micah in Lawrenceville, where she has sung for over 20 years.
